We proudly stand behind our products, so all products come with manufacturer warranty!


All dashcams and car fridges sold from Wolfbox include a 18-month manufacturer warranty, and all accessories come with a 90-day manufacturer warranty. This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to the mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam. Please notice we can’t offer free return or full refund for personal reasons and for items are either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage and costs incurred during the return and refund process, will be covered by customer. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return.
  2. Return to our warehouse.
  3. Refund after receiving the product.

Please do NOT ship your items without contacting our customer service first. Otherwise, your items will NOT be returned, and it will be considered a loss.





Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: The shipping fee will not refund after the product is shipped. And please use the shipping label we provide, or we do not accept extra shipping fee which is not generated by the shipping label we provided. 


We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
