Return Process
- Contact our customer service to request a return. We kindly request that contact our customer service first before return your items. Failure to do so may result in your items not being returned, and it will be considered a loss.
- Return to our warehouse.
- Refund after receiving the product. Upon receiving the package at our warehouse, we will process the refund for the customer.
Quality Issues or Damage Products:
If the product arrives with damaged packaging or experiences malfunctions such as being unable to power on, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide free replacement or refund.
Unsatisfied product / Unsuitable for the vehicle:

We accept returns within 14 days after receiving the product.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out, please don't open the packaging film after receiving it and contact our customer service personnel to get return.
