FAQ & DETAILS
How can I flip the rear view up and down or left and right?
Adjust the "Rear Camera Horizontal Flip" in your settings, or physically rotate the camera lens to achieve the desired orientation.
Is the rear camera cable long enough for my full-size truck (e.g., Ford F-150)?
The standard cable fits most SUVs, but for larger vehicles like Crew Cab trucks or full-size vans, we offer optional 33ft or 50ft extension cables to ensure a clean, hidden installation from front to back.

Bracket/mount unstable and loose
Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting: Gently shake the bracket by hand to check if any screws are loose. If you find any looseness, use the appropriate screwdriver for your model to tighten and secure them. If you are unsure about the screw type, please provide a photo of the device model and the SN code on the back of the dash cam so we can verify for you.
Is the universal bracket installation harder than using straps?
It requires removing your original mirror and sliding the new bracket into the factory mount, providing a cleaner, vibration-free "factory look" without visible straps.
FAQ & DETAILS
Will the straps damage my original rearview mirror?
No, the high-elasticity rubber straps are designed to be scratch-resistant and won't leave marks or damage your factory mirror.
Is the mirror dash cam compatible with my thick/large rearview mirror?
Yes, we provide two sizes of straps in the box to ensure a secure fit for everything from standard mirrors to thicker high-tech mirrors.
FAQ & DETAILS
Can I put a camera in the center console?
Yes, mirror and compact dashcams can be mounted on the center console using a bracket, but a lower mounting point may limit your field of view and make buttons harder to reach. We recommend assessing your specific visibility and accessibility needs before choosing this installation location.

What are the benefits and features of a hardwire kit?
The hardwire kit can directly replace the car charger power cable. After installation, the dashcam is enabled with parking monitoring mode and also comes with a low-voltage protection function. Once the device detects that the car battery voltage drops below 11.8V, it will automatically cut off the power supply to prevent battery drain.
What is Parking Monitoring Mode?
Parking Monitoring Mode provides 24/7 security by using our brand's hardwire kit to record after your vehicle is off. You can select G-sensor mode (triggers on impact) or Time-lapse mode (continuous low-frame recording) via the device or app settings.
What type of fuse does the hardwire kit have?
We offer two professional solutions for U.S. vehicles: a Multi-Fuse Hardwire Kit (includes Mini, ACS, ATO, and Micro2 adapters for any fuse box) and a Plug-and-Play OBD Cable. Both feature low-voltage protection to prevent battery drain while supporting 24/7 parking mode.
After installing the hardwire kit, if the car is not started during the period, the parking monitoring mode can be used for how many days?
The working time of the parking monitoring mode depends on the duration you set, which is generally 12/24/48H. If the camera stops working automatically before reaching the set delayed recording time, it is because the hardwire kit has low-voltage protection. When the voltage is lower than the set threshold (± 0.2v), the hardwire kit will automatically cut off the power supply to prevent the car battery from being drained.
FAQ & DETAILS
Can I use a car charger instead of the hardwire kit?
Yes, you can use a car charger for plug-and-play ease, but it only records while driving. Unlike hardwire kits, it lacks battery protection and won't support 24/7 parking mode in most U.S. vehicles.
FAQ & DETAILS
Will the static sticker fall off my windshield?
No, the electrostatic sticker uses suction to stay secure without leaving residue. It's the perfect way to mount the camera without damaging your window tint.
Where is the best spot to mount the main unit?
Behind the rearview mirror on the passenger side is ideal. It keeps your view clear and lets the camera stay hidden from outside view.
