Physical set up was very easy.
Connecting the charger to the app was a bit confusing, but once set up it works great.
I have it set up for auto plug and charge, I used the app and everything works fine. But it takes a little while to get going with the setup. I called the customer service team and they were very responsive to my needs. Great.
After a period of daily use, the WOLFBOX Level 2 EV Charger 50amp was the best choice we could have made. It was convenient to manage everything through the app. It combines high performance, smart features, and rugged durability.
This EV charger is really good, the display is beautiful, there is a lot of information on the display like charging status, voltage, current and even WI FI status, it shows the charging status very clearly. The installation was easy for me. It meets my needs.
The app works as expected and I like that you can schedule the app to start charging the vehicle during off-peak hours, which helps me save extra money. Also it has the RFID option because it is very useful and safe when you install this charger outside. No one can use it unless you swipe the RFID card or use the app.
Installing the WOLFBOX charger was simple, but we opted for professional help due to the 50-amp hardwired setup. Charging was fast! The included app was a pleasant surprise, as it was intuitive and easy to use. The 25-foot cable was able to reach our vehicles well. All in all, everything was made easy.
It works great as a secondary charging station outdoors or at home. It works great. I didn't have any issues. The installation was simple. But if you are not familiar with electrical work, I recommend you get an electrician!
The installation was difficult for me, so I hired a professional to help me install it. Once installed, it worked fine and I was able to start the charger and set parameters using the app without any problems. I also liked the RFID card feature, which allowed me to limit who can activate the charger. All in all, this is a very nice charger.
It is recommended to have a professional install it, which is more convenient. This charger looks strong and durable. The cable is only 25 feet long. So if you need a longer cable, you need to buy it separately.
