Please read these official rules (“Official Rules”), which are a contract, carefully before entering. This contract includes, among other things, a limitation on your rights and remedies, a requirement that – to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law – disputes between you and us be resolved individually, and a waiver of your ability to bring or participate in any class-action claim or class arbitration. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Notwithstanding any public announcement of a potential winner, a potential winner is not confirmed a winner and will not receive a Prize (defined below) until Sponsor verifies the potential winner’s compliance with the Official Rules, including completion of the Prize claim process in accordance with the Official Rules and Sponsor’s instructions.

1. Sweepstakes Description. The Wolfbox Anniversary Gift Box Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wolfbox. Eligible individuals (see Eligibility requirements, below) may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the steps in the “How to Enter” section below and complying with these Official Rules between October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 p.m. eastern daylight time (“EDT”) and October 27, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT (the “Entry Period”).

2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and a resident of the 50 United States or DC (the “Territory”). Employees of Sponsor or Administrator, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and other agencies, suppliers, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, (collectively the “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Any reference to third parties in connection with Prizes, third-party websites, or services are for reference and identification purposes only and not intended to suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Sponsor or this Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter.

A. You will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes when you complete an order for any of the Wolfbox products via the website https://wolfbox.com/ during the Entry Period. You are not required to create an account and may complete your order by “guest checkout” or “membership checkout”.

B. Without A Purchase: On a piece of paper, neatly handwrite your complete name, full mailing address (no P.O. Box), city, state, ZIP, your email address and daytime telephone number. Take a photo of the paper and email to: service@wolfbox.com, with title of The Wolfbox Anniversary Gift Box Sweepstakes Entry.

There is a limit of one entry per person per day, regardless of how many items are ordered or mail-in entries received. Any subsequent entry(s) will be disqualified and any person submitting purported entries in excess of the above-stated limit may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Use of any robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or third-party entry method is prohibited and Sponsor may, in its discretion, void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any participant using such methods.

4. Ten Prizes. Each winner, subject to verification, will receive a Wolfbox gift box, the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $$209.99 (the “Prize”). The Prize is for display purposes only. THIS ITEM IS NOT INTENDED FOR FOOD OR BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION AND IS NOT SAFE FOR USE AS DRINKWARE. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received via all methods of entry.

Total Prizes: 21; Total ARV: $4,409.79.

The Prize is nontransferable and nonreturnable. The winner is solely responsible for any and all Prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted, except at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute any Prize or a component of any Prize with a Prize of equal or greater retail value, including, without limitation, but at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.

5. Winner Selection, and Notification. Three random drawing under the supervision of the Administrator will take place on or about October 7, October 17, and October 27, 2026, as 3 rounds, to select twenty-one potential winners, subject to verification.

Potential prize winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and a publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) to Sponsor in the form provided and within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, or prize will be forfeited without further notice to winner. Within approximately 5 business days following the winner selection, all potential winners will be notified by email. Each winner will be required to complete the Prize Claim Documents via Docusign (or other specified method) and return the same to Sponsor within the time stated in the communication or in the Prize Claim Documents. Failure to timely respond or complete any of the steps set forth in the notification procedures above for any reason, including failure by any potential winner to timely respond may result in disqualification of such potential winner and determination of an alternate winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings, nor for winners' submission of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within timeframe specified, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Prize Claim Documents as required, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. In the event of a forfeiture, Sponsor will attempt to contact up to a maximum of 3 alternate potential winners in order to award a Prize, time permitting. The receipt by any potential winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. If a Prize is legitimately claimed, it will be awarded. Upon Prize forfeiture or inability to use a Prize or portion thereof, no compensation will be given and Sponsor will have no responsibility or liability to that participant. Prizes will be shipped to winners within 2 – 4 weeks of verification. Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner (at Sponsor's sole discretion) will result in such winner's disqualification as winner of the Sweepstakes. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation of these Official Rules, determining the winner(s), and awarding of the Prize(s).

6. Rights Granted by You. By entering this Sweepstakes (except where prohibited by law), each participant grants the Released Parties the irrevocable, sublicensable, absolute right and permission to use, publish, post, or display their name photograph, voice, likeness, prize information, biographical information, any quotes attributable to them, any other indicia of persona for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without any further obligation or compensation of any kind to them, anywhere, in any medium now known or hereafter discovered or devised (including, without limitation, on the Internet), world-wide, without any limitation of time, and without notice, review, or approval and each participant releases all Released Parties from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates Sponsor to make use of any of the rights granted in these rules and winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use.

7. Additional Terms. 1. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, (1) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, (2) to disqualify any individual for any reason, including individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or violates any term of this Official Rules through multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering, (3) to seek damages from anyone who attempts to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Prize Disclaimer and Limited Support

All prizes awarded in connection with this Sweepstakes are provided free of charge as promotional gifts and are not products sold through a commercial sales transaction. Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Sponsor or required by applicable law, prizes are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any commitment to provide the same warranties, after-sales services, maintenance, replacement, or other customer support generally offered for products purchased through the Sponsor’s ordinary sales channels.

By accepting a prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees that the prize is a promotional gift and that the winner shall not be entitled to any additional warranty or after-sales benefits beyond the limited support, if any, expressly offered by the Sponsor. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded under applicable law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, provide reasonable and limited assistance in connection with a prize. If a winner discovers that a prize has a defect, presents a potential safety hazard, or may cause injury or property damage, the winner should immediately discontinue use of the prize and promptly contact the Sponsor using the contact information provided in the Sweepstakes materials. The Sponsor may, as appropriate and subject to applicable law, arrange for the return of the prize, provide a replacement, or take other reasonable measures to address the issue.

3. Sponsor's Interpretation and Administration

The Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and administer these Official Rules and to make decisions regarding the operation of the Sweepstakes, including matters not expressly addressed herein. The Sponsor’s decisions shall be final and binding to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In the event of any conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the Official Rules, these Supplemental Terms shall control solely with respect to the subject matter addressed herein, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this provision shall authorize the Sponsor to modify these Official Rules retroactively in a manner that materially prejudices participants’ rights, or to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. General Release And Conditions Of Participation. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay and misdirection of Prize Claim Documents and are advised to obtain insurance where appropriate. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, garbled, unintelligible, damaged, stolen, non-delivered or postage-due submissions of Prize Claim Documents or other Sweepstakes-related materials whether caused by participants, wireless carriers, Internet Service Providers (“ISP”) or unauthorized human intervention; (b) any damage to a participant’s or other person’s computer system or digital device which is caused or occasioned by participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming a Sweepstakes Prize; (c) technical difficulties or failures of any kind including, but not limited to, lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet, digital device or wireless carriers, websites or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; (d) miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, dropped, interrupted, lost, non-delivered or misdirected computer, telephone, digital device, email, mobile or cable transmissions or hardware, software, program or programming malfunctions, failures or difficulties of any kind including, but not limited to: malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in transmissions or connections, phone lines, network hardware or software, computers, equipment, programming errors, cable, satellite, cellular tower, or ISP or wireless carriers; (e) any technical malfunctions, failures or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors in these Official Rules, any Sweepstakes advertisement or other materials or any Prize Claim Documents; (f) any errors or failures of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, interruption of power, digital, mobile or technical in nature, or unauthorized human intervention; (g) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering or hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, entries that are submitted by automated computer programs or other illegitimate means; or (h) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information or the failure to capture or loss of any information.

Caution: Any attempt to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, Sponsor may disqualify any participant making such attempt and may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prize Claim Documents submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating in the Sweepstakes and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each participant (and, if participant is a Minor, such Minor’s parent/legal guardian) hereby releases and agrees to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, death and bodily injury (whether due to negligence or otherwise), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any Prize, all costs of verification and redemption or travel to claim said Prize and any liability and publicity which might arise from claiming or seeking to claim said Prize

Released Parties and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and franchisees are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in participant’s email account, voicemail inbox account to receive messages. Released Parties and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and franchisees are not responsible, and may disqualify a participant, if participant’s email address, telephone, or other contact information does not work or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Sponsor.

9. Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the processing of entries; or (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

Each participant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States are hereby expressly waived by him/her. Section 1542 reads as follows:

“A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party.”

10. Disputes/Choice of Law. Any dispute arising out of these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Washington without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You irrevocably consent and waive any objection to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in King County, Washington, for all disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.

In addition, to the full extent permissible by law, you and the Released Parties each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to bring or resolve any dispute as a class action, class arbitration, or any other consolidated, representative, concerted, collective, or private attorney-general action (or to participate in any such action brought by a third party). Any dispute between you and any Released Party must be resolved on an individual basis.

By submitting an entry in this Sweepstakes, the entrant expressly agrees to the collection and use by the Sponsor, and any other party acting as agent or representative of the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, of the entrant’s personal information submitted in connection with such entrant’s entry and participation in this Sweepstakes, for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes. This paragraph does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may separately provide the Sponsor, Administrator or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of that individual’s personal information.
