1.Six-month Extended Warranty:

For Customers purchased from the online store:

Customers who purchased dash cams, air dusters, tire inflators, car fridges, and EV chargers automatically enjoy the 6-month extended warranty included in the Default Official Website Warranty.

For customers who purchased from the other official platforms:

Customers have to register the order information to get an extended free 6-month warranty on our official website.

2.One-year Extended Warranty:

1-year extended warranty service needs to be purchased in order to be activated. The extended warranty for each product can only be purchased once.

How to Calculate My Warranty:

For Customers purchased from the online store:

Warranty Time= 18-month warranty +6-month extended warranty+1-year extended warranty(if purchased), for example, with dash cams.

For customers who purchased from the other official platforms:

Warranty Time= platform warranty +6-month extended warranty( if sign up in online store)+1-year extended warranty(if purchased)

Please note: if the purchase date of the product and the purchase date of the extended warranty service do not match, the extended warranty service will be calculated from the purchase date of the product.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore.

This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to the mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam.
