What is the WOLFBOX Rewards Program?
The WOLFBOX Rewards loyalty program allows you to earn points for purchases made directly on wolfbox.com (excluding purchases from third-party retailers like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). These earned points can then be redeemed for rewards and member benefits as a way for WOLFBOX to show appreciation for your loyalty.
Why doesn't the amount of my order match the points I received?
The reward program was established and implemented starting on May 30th. Only orders placed after that date will be credited to your membership account at a 1 USD to 1 point ratio.
Is there a fee to join the WOLFBOX Rewards Program?
No, the rewards program is free to join.
Who is eligible to join the WOLFBOX Rewards Program?
Anyone aged 14 or older in the United States (or the minimum age required by local law) can join the WOLFBOX Rewards program.
Do my rewards, benefits, and points have any cash value?
No, rewards, benefits, and points earned through the loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.
